We employ through our entities in Romania and Serbia, and in Spain through a local employment partner, with local employment contracts. Contract, payroll, contributions and reporting duties sit with us. We agree the legal set-up of your case with you before signing.
02Data protection
Romania and Spain are EU members. For Serbia, a non-EU country, we work with a data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses and agree the set-up with your data protection officer.
03AI rules
As employer we provide an AI usage policy and training during onboarding, as the EU AI Act requires for AI literacy. Agents propose, people make hiring decisions.
04Intellectual property
Code and work results belong to you. Employment contracts and the framework agreement govern the transfer.

What does the AI do, and what do people do?

AI agents search and pre-sort: they search networks, match profiles to your needs and keep the pool current. Our recruiters check every person for skills and language before they reach you, and you decide whom to hire. Contract, payroll and care are handled by the Adeo team.

How is Adeo different from Deel, Remote or a recruitment agency?

Platforms like Deel or Remote employ and run payroll; search and replacement stay with you. Agencies find candidates and then step out. Adeo covers the whole cycle: search, hiring with contract, payroll and HR, day-to-day care and replacement, including a new search if someone does not fit.

Do I need my own entity in Romania, Serbia or Spain?

No. Adeo employs through its own entities in Bucharest and Belgrade, and in Spain through a local employment partner. You sign one contract with ADEO SOLUTIONS S.R.L. (Romania), not with the employee.

Who is the legal employer, and how does the collaboration work?

Adeo is the employer: contract, payroll, contributions and labour law obligations sit with us. You set the professional requirements and priorities; Adeo handles the day-to-day coordination of the team. We agree the exact legal set-up with you before signing, including any national rules that may apply.

Who owns the code, work results and intellectual property?

You do. Every employment contract and the framework agreement govern the transfer of work results and rights.

What is included in the price, and what is not?

The monthly price is our fee. Salary and statutory employer contributions are passed through without markup and shown separately. Equipment (laptop, monitor, peripherals) is supplied at cost, software licences run through your own contracts, bonuses and variable pay are passed through if you grant them, and travel costs are charged as incurred. All prices exclude statutory VAT.

What about GDPR, given that Serbia is not in the EU?

Serbia is not an EU member. We work with a data processing agreement and the EU standard contractual clauses. We agree the specific set-up with your data protection officer before signing.

What happens if a hire does not work out?

In the Managed Team we replace within 30 days without a new recruiting fee. For recruiting only, the 30-day guarantee applies.

How quickly can someone start, and what typically delays it?

From briefing to signed offer usually takes 14 to 30 days. After that, the start date is usually set by the notice period, not by the search.
