Who coordinates the team day to day?
You set the professional requirements and priorities; Adeo handles the ongoing coordination through a dedicated account manager.
What is included and what is not?
Recruiting, employment, HR and onboarding are included. Equipment (laptop, monitor, peripherals) is supplied at cost. It is never included in the price. Salary and statutory employer contributions are passed through without markup.
What if someone resigns?
30-day replacement guarantee on every placement: we search again without a new recruiting fee.
