Adeo is not an agency. We run our own entities in Bucharest and Belgrade, employ there directly and co-manage the teams day to day. In Spain we work through a local employment partner.

The name

One table. As far as you want.

The Latin “adeo” means “I approach” and “so far”. Both describe what we do: we come to your table and extend it as far as you want, to Bucharest, to Belgrade or anywhere in Spain.

Others employ. We keep the seat filled: we find the right people, employ them through our own entities, handle contract, payroll and HR, look after your team day to day and search again if someone does not fit.
