Strengths

What this market is good for.

  • Spanish-language sales and customer service within the EU
  • Support shifts reaching into the LATAM time window
  • Marketing and content for Spanish-speaking markets
  • Roles that require EU data protection without additional contractual clauses

Positioning

You do not choose Spain for the price.

Spain’s all-in costs are noticeably higher than in Romania and Serbia, often close to German levels. The reason for Spain is a different one: full EU law without standard contractual clauses, native Spanish-language sales and support, and a working day that reaches far enough to cover the LATAM time window. For German-language roles, Romania is the stronger choice.
