02 · Challenge
Seven profiles across three disciplines at once: project management, React and Shopify. The team had to start as a whole, not person by person, and Shoplab should only have to lead on the professional side.
03 · Solution
We defined role profiles and salary bands for the Romanian market, searched our own network in Bucharest and pre-screened for skills and language. Shoplab interviewed and decided; Adeo employed, handled onboarding and runs the ongoing HR work.
